1How do I track my order?
You can track your order by logging into your InkDud account and clicking on "Order History." If you need further assistance, please submit a customer service support form.
2Can I return or exchange an item?
Due to the nature of our build-on-demand products, we are only able to accept returns or exchanges for items that are problematic or defective within 30 days. If you have received an item that is not in good condition, please contact us by submitting a customer service support form and we will assist you in the return or exchange process.
3What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and monthly payments with Affirm.
4How do I cancel an order?
